A:Please charge it for nearly 1 hour before first using the product, then Long-Press the power button 5s to reset the machine, its battery and input indicator will be normal. If it still doesn't work, please feel free to contact us via service@litheli.com.

A:Of course, but we don't suggest using it this way as it may cause damage to battery life.
