    You may get coupons by participating in off-site promotion activities in Litheli’sofficial social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube) if meeting the rules of the event. Please stay tuned to off-site promotion activity information and grab the opportunity.

 

  1. Special offer for regular and new customers
         1) Newsletter subscription:

    Get discounts on your next purchase when signing up to receive emails from Litheli. You will be sent a special discount code that may be used on a future purchase. This code may not be applied to previous orders and can be used only once.

    The reasons for not receiving discount code email are as follows:

    • You haven't clicked "Confirm" in the “Customer Account Confirmation”
    • The email is identified as an advertising email mistakenly by Email Service Provider and thus blocked by default.

    In this case, you may check whether you have received the “Customer Account Confirmation” email from Litheli. If you do, please read the email and click “Confirm”. The email containing the discount code will be sent to your mailbox within one minute. If not, please check the Spam and recover the email, after which you can go through the normal process.

            2) Special reward to particular customers:

    Terms of Coupon Use

    Coupon is a kind of preferential treatment provided by Litheli’s official website for customers. In order to enable more customers to enjoy this preferential treatment, the Terms of Coupon Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") are hereby formulated, which are as follows:

     

    1. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
    2. Coupons are not deductible for shipping costs.
    3. Coupons are only available for Litheli.com purchase orders, not for other purposes.
    4. Coupons may not be combined or stacked. Only one coupon code is permitted and be applied per order.
    5. Each coupon can only be used once, with no change, no return or exchange.
    6. Coupons can not be applied to any previous orders for a refund.
    7. The amount deducted by using coupons will not be invoiced.
    8. Coupons can only be used when the purchase order meets the conditions. The amount and limit time of coupon use is subject to the actual order or activity description.
    9. Coupons shall be used within the validity period marked on itor displayed in the system, or they will be expired. The specific use period of the coupon shall be subject to the corresponding announced promotional information.
    10. According to the statistics of commodities that meet the conditions of using coupons, coupons will be deducted in proportion to each commodity that meets the conditions.
    11. Used coupons are not refundable for orders that have not been paid or paid for and have not been shipped if the order is canceledfor personal reasons.
    12. The availability of coupons for accessories or batteries depends on the specific promotion requirements.
