How do I apply my Black Friday discount code, and why isn't it working?

If the discount doesn't appear, it's usually because your cart hasn't reached the minimum spend for that code, the code has expired, or the item is excluded from the promotion. How long will delivery take during Black Friday?

Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. During Black Friday, higher order volume can add 1–2 days to both handling and carrier scans, so we recommend ordering early and allowing extra time. If your order includes a pre-order item, it ships on the date listed on the product page; in-stock items in the same order may ship separately.

Can I return a discounted item if I change my mind?

Yes. Sale items follow the same return policy as full-price purchases — typically within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
